- In the case of digital products such as VST plugins or virtual instruments, returns are accepted only if the software has not been downloaded or activated.

Refund Process

- In the case of digital products, refunds will be processed once we confirm that the software license remains inactive.

Exchanges
Additionally, you may exchange a product for another. Simply follow the same return process. After we receive the original item, you will be able to select a replacement or receive store credit for future purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Software that has been downloaded or activated.
- Products marked as final sale, such as discounted bundles.
